What information do you need to confirm a booking?

At minimum, we require your estimated number of attendees, the services you would like to offer, your treatment location (office address and floor/room details), preferred dates and times, and primary contact information for the company. Providing more detail up-front allows us to confirm availability and pricing faster.

How many employees can you treat in a day?

Capacity depends on the number of nurses on-site and the specific IV formulas selected, but as a guide, one nurse can typically treat 6–8 employees per hour. For larger enterprises we can staff multiple clinicians and run multi-day programs.

What space and facilities are required at our office?

We typically use a conference room or dedicated wellness room that can comfortably fit 3–8 chairs, with access to standard power outlets and nearby restrooms. Our team brings all clinical supplies. If you have specific security, access control, or contractor policies, we will align on those prior to the visit.

Are employees medically screened before IV therapy?

Yes. Every employee completes a medical questionnaire, consent form, and appropriate screening with our clinical team before receiving IV therapy. Certain medical conditions and medications may mean IV therapy is not appropriate for some individuals; safety is always prioritised over participation numbers.

Can we run recurring IV days for our teams?

Absolutely. Many clients schedule monthly or quarterly IV days tied to in-office collaboration weeks, key sprints, or wellbeing calendars. In the booking form, note your desired frequency and we will propose a recurring program structure.
